As part of the Federal Financial Compliance Group and with that part of the Federal Pricing and Estimating
Group, provide formal cost proposal management in the preparation of cost and price proposals for all
segments of Deloittes Federal practice. This includes management of staff providing full preparation of
cost/price models, analysis, compliance to the request for proposal and FAR, as well as review and
preparation of the cost/price volume for submission to the Government. This included proposals to DHS,
DOD, USAID as well as CDC and VA.

portion of the project. This included significant financial analysis and audit of the project, preparation and

2005-2006 USAID Egypt Technical Assistance for Policy Reform II Project Finance Manager
Prepared entire cost plus fixed fee budget for this $125 million project, and participated for one year in the
launch, office set up, and set up of Financial Management Plans, policies and procedures for the project.
Managed, controlled, forecasted, and reported on project finances and accounting; oversaw the
management of Egyptian cooperating country national recruiting, hiring, and processing; and expatriate
advisor mobilization to the project field office. Assisted with preparation of the annual work plan and
