The student wrote a letter to express dissatisfaction with an article about a college children's party. While some issues occurred like not enough rides, the article inaccurately claimed the event was unsuccessful and lacked food despite over 120 kids enjoying themselves and refreshments being served. Most importantly, the students paid for the party themselves, not using taxpayer money. The student requested an accurate revised article be printed.

I am the social secretary and student of Blackstone College. I am writing as a social
secretary and student of Blackstone College to express my strong dissatisfaction with the article about College Childrens Party which appeared in your newspaper recently. First of all,in the article there is written that the whole event was unsuccessful, which is not necessarily true because over 120 kids have admitted that they had a great time at the party.Secondly ,the information about lack of food is also untrue.Refreshments were scheduled from 12 to 2. I am aware of the fact that there were not enough rides for all the kids, though there was a wide range of attractions such as clowns and jugglers.I can also admit that a map of the area was not in high quality, however it was still a useful item. Most importantly, the party was paid by students themselves, not the college. You cannot blame us for not spending tax payers money wisely. It would be greatly appreciated if you could print a revised article with accurate information. If any other questions should be asked, you can call me at the following number 0766784251. Yours faithfully, Dragulin Nicolae
