Better together (Extreme Active): is a session where campers will learn how to work together as a team, crossing lava, walking the
rope or finding your way through the mine filed. The session is oriented to teach team building, listening, bonding and encouragement
that they can use through the week.
Mountain biking L1: we have a low level biking route that takes us around the surrounding plantations and serves us as an introduction
to an off road terrain, the route does not involve any elevation.
Archery: a fun and interactive session where our campers will learn how to use the bow and arrow, how to shoot the target and have a
go at a set of archery challenges.
Dhow Trip: a full day of fun and exploring, we will take the dhow down the Musandam coast, where we will learn about the history,
geology, and marine life. On the way we will try some snorkelling, jumping off the dhow and have a relaxing lunch on the boat.

Water challenge: is our fun and active session at the beach, we will go snorkelling to the rock pools, where we will learn more about the
local marine life and how to preserved it, the second part of the session will be zorbing on water, building a boat out of recoiling
materials and more.
Rock Climbing - Beginners: we will take our campers to a natural rock wall where they will learn more about the equipment, how to climb
and they will have a go at climbing our easier rock walls.
Absolute Adventure Challenge:Set of fun and energetic challenges that will cover all of the activities they have learned and tried
through the week. The challenge ends with a prize for everyone. (Trivia run, archery shoots, tying knots, slalom biking)

Survival Scenarios: all the students will be put through a basic first aid course; they will learn how to help each other on expedition,
traveling or in case of natural disasters. They will be trained by highly qualified first aid staff. Second part of the session will be
playing out disaster scenarios and learning more about perseverance in nature.
Paddle Board, Body Board, Snorkelling: each group will have the opportunity to explore the local marine life in 3 different ways, first we
will have an hour session on our paddle boards, where all the participants will learn how to stand up paddle board, then we will learn
about tides and waves and use that knowledge in the advantage when body boarding and as a last activity we will explore what lies
beneath using our snorkelling equipment and underwater cards.

MTB Level 2: we take our students on a biking route that goes us through the entrance of Wadi Shamsi, we learn about downhill
ridding, setting up a pace, we play games to improve our skills and finish our session back at the plantation camp.
Which Way: set of activities that will teach us how to use a compass, orienteer ourselves in any environment, what to use and draw
maps and many other things that will help us on the way on our short trek, through a stunning Wadi with great rock formations and
small caves where we can learn more about the local flora and fauna and have fun on the way.
Better Together - Raft Building: Using the equipment provided the teams must build a raft which is able to hold them all, they must
then race the rafts to a set point. There will be planing, team work and lots of fun.
Kayaking skills: is an activity that teaches the participants how to correctly hold and use a paddle, different strokes, that help us
navigate the kayaks, we will also learn how to use water compasses and best prepare ourselves for a short expedition that will happen
at the second half of the session.
Rock Climbing - Intermediate: we will take our students to a diverse climb site, where they will all learn how to use different belaying
techniques, climbing equipment and try different levels of climbing.

Mountain biking L1: there is bike park, where we will learn how to ride off road, build on our biking skills, and enjoy our biking trip
down a local wadi.
Archery: a fun and interactive session where our campers will learn how to use the bow and arrow, how to shoot the target and have a
go at a set of archery challenges.

Water challenge: is our fun and active session at the beach, using canoes we will learn how to make our own little water challenge park,
where we will balance, jump, race and learn more about the local flora and fauna.
Survival Discovery: is an activity where our campers will learn how to make fire, shelter out of different materials, how to cook over
fire, making dough boys and cooking hot chocolate.
Which Way - Summit Trek: we will start our session by building maps out of materials found in the area, we will learn about scaling,
and reading the given maps, the second part of the session will involve a short trek to the summit of a close by mountain.
High Ropes Elements: each team will have a set of challenges they will be able to do, depending on how fast the teams are finishing
them, they will be able to move forward to a new one, from a crate stack, to a flying kiwi, there will be team work, adrenaline and fun.
Absolute Adventure Challenge:Set of fun and energetic challenges that will cover all of the activities they have learned and tried
