Objective: The managers objective twines with Evlis goals of creating value for its
customers. This is obtained by a professionally managed portfolio that is specified by the
customers expectations and preferences.

Investment Manager Job Essential functions:

Tracking of asset status by monitoring variances from portfolio plan.

Accomplishes investments and organization objectives by completing related
expectations as needed.
Composing financial statement analysis.
Improves asset status by analyzing specific investments; identifying trends;
recommending actions.
Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
Coordinating information requirements.
Provides information to stakeholders by assembling and summarizing data; preparing
reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities such as Evlis
training program (Evli academy); reading professional publications; maintaining
personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Job Specifications:
Education/Experience
The right candidate has a 5-6 year experience in the field of investment banking. The right
candidate can handle thoroughly ratio and interest rate calculations, and is familiar with
financial analysis as well as a good knowledge of international transactions. The position
requires a masters degree in finance or investment management. Candidates which have
fulfilled an internship will be in favor. The candidate has to be also a fluent speaker of English
and Estonian language. Knowledge of Finnish, Swedish, Russian or Latvian is not a must but
it will benefit in advancing in the career.
Training/Equipment
The right candidate is able to cope with MS Office tools. The ability to handle Power Point
and Word in a general level is mandatory. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory
since lot of the work will be conducted with this software.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements
The work will be fast-paced and will be conducted in an office environment. The candidate is
able to work efficiently under stress and strict deadlines. The willingness to work overtime or
work at home is a plus. Because the busyness of the environment is constantly changing,
some weeks maybe fully loaded with work, on the other hand, there are calm weeks as well.
