Handshake- an act of shaking a person's hand with one's own, used as a greeting or to finalize
an agreement
Manners- a way in which a thing is done or happens
No slang- not using a type of language that consists of words and phrases that are regarded as
very informal, are more common in speech than writing, and are typically restricted to a
particular context or group of people
Glassware- ornaments and articles made from glass
Protocol- the official procedure or system of rules governing affairs of state or diplomatic
occasions
Dinnerware- tableware, including plates, glassware, and cutlery
Business card- a small card printed with one's name, professional occupation, company
position, business address, and other contact information
Flatware- eating utensils such as knives, forks, and spoons

meaning
Body language- the process of communicating nonverbally through conscious or unconscious
gestures and movements

Impressions- an idea, feeling, or opinion about something or someone, especially one formed
without conscious thought or on the basis of little evidence
Savvy- shrewdness and practical knowledge, especially in politics or business
Confidence- a feeling of self-assurance arising from one's appreciation of one's own abilities or
qualities
Host- a person who receives or entertains other people as guests
Courtesy- the showing of politeness in one's attitude and behavior toward others
Respect- a feeling of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities,
qualities, or achievements
Toasting- drink to the health or in honor of (someone or something) by raising one's glass
together with others
