Dear Sir,
With reference to your claim of 250 kw BHEL wind mill, situated near Gudimangalam
damage happened to Generator which I have surveyed at your site premises on 25.10.14. Kindly
send me the following details at the earliest to enable me to release the report.
1. Claim form duly filled & signed.
2. Your AMC & AOC with your manufacturer / others if any.
3 Replacement quotation for similar type of windmill of same capacity.
4. Date of commissioning of the above windmill with copy of installation certificate from EB and
any previous break down if any
5. Probable cause of breakdown and technical details of the same for the above Windmill from
the repairer or supplier in detail.
6. Copy of the logbook, power generation details, etc.
7. Split-up of estimate for materials, labour, crane charges, transportation, etc.
8. Your re-commissioning report from the repairer / supplier
9. Your claim bill including original invoices and proof of payment made.
Kindly inform me where you are going to repair the alternator.
