county risk factors and decrease substance
abuse rates among youth and adults.

all youth through the education and
improvement of skills and knowledge of the
resources in the community that would enable
the success of the family unit. It is the belief
of the committee that through education and
foundational support, youth and families of
Pasco can thrive and become productive
members of society.
