Total:
NOTE: Dates set prior to the development of a project schedule are arbitrary and subject to negotiation. Meeting
aggressive target dates usually requires reduction in scope, an increase in budget due to additional work or staff
resources, and/or a reduction in product quality.
The following dates are dependent on Project Scope Document approval from the Sponsor and
Key Stakeholders by 5/12/11.

Constraints:
This section lists all the limitations facing this project that cannot be changed.
Note if one constraint takes precedence over the others; i.e. if the target date is imposed by
federal regulation, then it may be the primary constraint and take on more importance than a
cost constraint.
Risks:
High impact or high likelihood events, which could negatively impact this project, but may be
dealt with by project activities to avoid, mitigate, and/or manage the risk.
Risks may be related to costs, technology, operations, organizations, resources, etc.
Assumptions:
List the items that this project relies on that are expected to occur; i.e. any delay in the
requirements of this project will directly impact the final production schedule.
Concerns:
List issues the team expects to deal with that the sponsor should be able to address.
Underestimation of time per exhibit construction
Construction costs higher than expected
Technology not available or too complicated
Mistakes/ failure in construction
