This week marks Stephanie's first full week of teaching independently. She is blossoming in comfort and
fluency of her instructional delivery. Stehphanie has researched many differentiated ,developementally
appropriate math and literacy lessons online to incorporate into her daily plans. The students seem receptive
and engaged during the implementation of Stephanie's execution of read-alouds, songs, academic games,
hands-on lessons and meaningful discussions.

The majority of our kindergartners are able to function well within the realm of our daily classroom behavioral
management system. A few of our students are extremely active and non-compliant at times. Stephanie is
seeking effective strategies to address the behavior challenges. She is fine tuning a pro-active approach .

As Stephanie is in the beginning stages of teaching independently, she is establishing automony and
individual style of leading the class. She is becoming more aware of the full capacity and demands of her role
as sole instructor.
