CONCLUSION

The training program undergone at Sri cheren trailors private limited company
has been very useful to me.I was exposed to all the activities took place in the
company.The institutional training helped me in getting practical experience into
activities and how problem of the business organisation are managed in better
way.I have gained a details knowledge regarding production and maintains
process at Sri cheren.I observed over all working process in manufacturing
candies in the company ane also exposed to machines working process in the
company.Institutional training of 30 was useful and potential for me.
