PUB DAY (DAWN)

Shot of a tatty flyer on the pub door. It is hanging off once corner
and is creased. It has clearly been there for some time and has
clear water damage, it reads Save our Village. The landlord of the
pub, Ben Webber, is reading the poster, reminiscing.

BEN WEBBER
(Sighs) Well, thats that then.
He tears the sign off the door steadily.

FADE OUT

EXT.NEW FLATS DAY

An estate agent is showing the Lowe family the outside of one of the
new flats. Anne walks past and observes them, looking with disgust
and annoyance.

The last SOLD sign is put up.

Shot of Callum smoking, he then drops the cigarette.
Shot of the cigarette hitting the floor and Callum stamping it into
the soil.

Anne, who is watching, turns and groans in disgust, and walks out of
shot, leaving the family in the background, who come into focus.
