In today's world, social media effects almost everybody, and people have different
views on the role and importance of social media. These differing views can make
implementing an effective social media police difficult. To help the process of change,
the Kotter model of implementing change will be used (Kotter, 2012).

Dr. John Kotter has been teaching at Harvard Business school for
over 30 and has written 18 books on the subject.
