My topics from my first issues of topic one in my outline.

Which explores the question of what

are the different education viewpoints or options that are different when it comes to upper verses
the middle class. Early on the education differences for children start at birth. For children of the
upper class statues these differences add up to huge head start advantages because of their
parents. Upper class students according to a study done by Sean Reardon a professor of
education and sociology at Sanford find that the raising inequality of incomes is related to the
difference in test scores in schools. Suggesting that Money helps families provide cognitively
stimulating experiences for their young children because it provides more stable home environments,
more time for parents to read to their children, access to higher-quality child care and preschool(Sean
Reardson: New York Times). A longer term study done by Richard Murnane and Greg Duncan the
research gathered by Sean Reardson. Richard Murnane and Greg Duncan reported that from 1972 to 2006
high income families increased amount of enrich actives compared to lower income families by 150
percent. While lower income families did so only about 57 percent in the same period (qtd. Richard
Murnane and Greg Duncan). Showing that even at an early age education for the rich start out much
earlier for the children and continuous on into high school. This early start combines with a continuous
academic plan laid out for rich student which drives the static that upper-income families who earn a

bachelors degree has increased by 18 percentage points over a 20-year period, while the
completion rate of poor students has grown by only 4 points(Sean Reardson qtd.: University of
Michigan).

class, New York times on education and social class, and interview on education and social class

Other method was me personal interviewing questions in a time limited environment a professor
of Engineering at University of North Carolina at Charlotte in charge of freshmen class.
Professor Harkins is also an academic advisor to all engineering students in the college of
engineering so personal.
One other method was my professor for English help me out by offering an article on later life
development on wealth. It was done by the Washington Post and through the Washington Post
website I connect to another article on book. That theories that higher education is one of
problems that is leading to the growing inequality.
