Gather the necessary materials. (See BOM)

Crosscut 1x4 board to 21 inches long using table saw. Do that twice.
Crosscut 1x4 board to 22 inches long using table saw. Do that twice.
Using the 90 angle jig, line up the boards so that they are corner to corner at 90. Use (1)
21 inch board and (1) 22 inch board. The board should be laying face down on the 1 inch
thickness side. The height of the boards should be 4 inches.
5) Once the boards are lined up, clamp them down using a clamp and measure 1 inch in
from each end of the board and place a dot. This will be your mark to drill your holes.
6) Using the handheld power drill and a drill bit, drill slowly straight into both boards. Make
sure that the drill it goes into both boards. Drill slowly and make sure the wood does not
split.
7) Next using the wood screws and a screwdriver, screw the wood screws into the wood
tightly securing the two boards together.
8) Repeat steps 4-7 for each corner of the cabinet. Make sure the two identical sized boards
are parallel from each other. Ex. 21 inch board facing the other 21 inch board.
9) Using the 90 angle jig, confirm that the corners of the box are square.
10) Cross cut 1x10 board to 20 inches long using the table saw. Do that twice.
11) Place each 1x10 cut board into the box previously created. Note: There will be an inch of
open space down the center. This is due to the board not being exactly 10 inches across.
12) Using the same procedure as step 5, measure 3 evenly spaced holes along the 20 inch
board. Do this for both boards
13) Repeat procedure as step 5, measure 2 evenly spaced holes along the 10 inch side of each
board.
14) Make sure the boards are clamped down, drill hole through the box into the 20x10 inch
board. Repeat for each screw being placed. (5 for each board, 10 total)
15) Repeat step 7 securing the (2) 10x20 boards to the wooden box.
16) Taking the sheet metal, measure out a 20x21 rectangle using a tape measure, straight
edge and a marker.
17) Using the band saw fitted with a metal cutting blade cut the rectangle from the sheet
metal. Confirm that the sheet metal fits in the cabinet. Trim as needed.
18) Using a hot glue gun, glue the sheet metal rectangle to the 20x10 boards.
19) Taking the plastic measure out 10- 25/32 by 22- 9/16 rectangle using a tape measure,
straight edge and dry erase marker.
20) Clamp the plastic down. Using the plastic cutter and straight edge, score the plastic down
the line. Keep scoring until you get half way through the plastic thickness. Once you
reach the half of the thickness, gently bend the plastic, snapping it clean from the sheet.
21) Repeat step 20 until you have (2) 10- 25/32 by 22- 9/16 rectangles of plastic.
22) On the box, measure 4 inches from the end on each 22-9/16 side. This will be your center
mark for the hinges.

23) Center the hinges on the mark and screw the hinge screws (included in hinge package)
into the holes on the hinge into the board using a Phillips head screwdriver.
24) Repeat steps 22-23 for all 4 hinges.
25) Line up the two plastic pieces with the wood box and mark where the hinge holes are on
the plastic with the marker.
26) Slowly drill holes where you marked the hinge holes to be. Go slow so the plastic does
not crack.
27) Place the plastic on the cabinet lining the holes in the plastic with the holes in the
brackets. Using the size 4 bolts and nuts, secure the plastic to the hinges. Repeat for all 4
hinges.
28) Open front plastic doors. Taking string from one corner diagonally to the other, make an
X across the metal. Where the two lines intersect is the center of the box. Mark with a
dry erase marker.
29) Using 90 jig, make a mark with dry erase marker exactly straight up from the center
mark.
30) Drill two inch holes in the metal on the marks with the power drill. The center hole
will be used to hold the dart board. The top hole will be used to mount the cabinet to the
wall.

Mounting Instructions: To wall

Using x 3 inch wood screw, insert screw into the top hole. Drill screw into the wall until
secured tightly. For more security, screw into the wood stud in the wall.
The dart board:
Using a x 1.5 inch wood screw, insert screw through the center hole in the metal coming
from the back of the cabinet. Place the dartboard in the cabinet aligning the center with the
screw. While applying pressure to the dartboard, screw the dartboard to the screw.
