Electrical components within the unit are a force motor, a terminal block, three 6.16 volt max zener diodes, and interconnecting wiring. These are mounted within an enclosure which gives a degree of protection of not less than 1P20, and is designed for rack mounting. The 'X" symbols within the code are digits or letters which denote the different mechanical and pressure variations within the range. Intrinsic safety is achieved by the restricting of power supplied to the unit to 0.66 watts and the shunting of the force motor coil by three 6.16 volt max zener diodes.
