EDUC 450: PROFESSIONAL CLINICAL PRACTICE WEEKLY CONFERENCE FORM -- WEEK # One STRENGTHS ‘Mis. Worthy is awesome. She arrived on September 4, 2014 ready and eager to get involved with the students, She was willing to go above and beyond by reading with and to the students, making copies, and taking leadership roles like participating in team planning, She was ready to start teaching lessons and take control of the classroom. Ms. Worthy wanted to work and she does a great job. WEAKNESSES Ms. Worthy has minimum weaknesses. She was advised to create a set of protocols In addition to what was already established prior to her teaching lessons. Establishing a protocol with the children would allow her and the students to bond and become familiar with Ms, Worthy’s expectations as well the expectations that were already established.
