Vicious and Delicious. Constitution Proposal

We the members of team "Vicious and Delicious decided to use the Personality
Test we took in this class to choose our group leader and the second in command and so
on. We initially chose Evrard, Shawn as our leader and McDaniel, Taylor as second in
command because of their scores on that test and so far we have been satisfied with the
results. We were faced with an inconvenience early on, and by applying our Constitution
we were able easily and systematically allow Shawn, because of personal reasons, to step
down from leadership and be replaced by Taylor. All of this was done smoothly and
according to our constitution. We used aptitude testing for placement and voting for
the final decision of placing each person where they are best suited to serve the TEAM
and therefore best serve ourselves
When faced with the fact of life that we all have lives outside the group, we have
adopted the Ive got your back policy. This started early on in the creation of our
teamwork criteria, when one of our team members ran into some personal crisis outside
the group and the rest of the team instinctively CIRCLED THE WAGONS to defend
their teammate. So now we all agree that this type of team spirit should be, and will be, a

priority requirement for any and all members and/or prospective members. We prosper in
unity.
We agree, three to one ,that our grades should and will reflect the excellence of
our proposal for forming a set of guidelines to govern a small group in class or an entire
country of loyal citizens. Any and all people who disagree with the ideas and
requirements laid out in our BILL of RIGHTS and or our TEAM PROPOSAL are more
than welcome to leave. As a matter of fact, we do enforce active EXPULTION laws.
Not only are people welcome to leave the group or country, they will be required to
leave if they are in any way opposed to these basic standards of membership laid out in
this TEAM PROPOSAL or our BILL of RIGHTS.
We also require participation in the creation and upholding of any and all class
projects along with attendance to class and attendance to private group meetings. Again,
we understand that things can come up to prevent a one-hundred percent attendance
record. That is where the We Got Your Back comes into play. But we will at some
point ask any member to straighten up and fly right or leave the group if and when any
one person becomes a detriment to the larger group.
