Logistics Plans & Scheduling Superintendent (GS-11)


o Serving as Logistics/Mission Planner for the 169th Intelligence Squadron.
o Planned and executed 7 intelligence missions in 2 years, each mission averaged 75 days,
included an average of 80 persons deployed, and operated out of CENTCOM, AFRICOM,
and SOUTHCOM during this time.
o Coordinated the movement of 532 tons of mission related cargo in 2 years, this included load
planning aircraft, cargo preparation, aircraft scheduling, aircraft loading, and redeployment.
Highly proficient in hazardous cargo documentation and shipping.
o Managed deployment readiness for 215 squadron members, this includes deployment
training and records management.
o Instrumental in implementation of Air Reserve Component Network (ARCNet) training
tracking program, utilized statistical tracking and analysis, for 215 squadron personnel,
increasing training completion rates by 43% to an overall rating of 99%.
The 169th Intelligence Squadron is one of the top deploying squadrons in the Air
National Guard; each member is deployed on average 65 days per year since
2011.
o Lead Technician for Status of Resources and Training System (SORTS), and Defense
Readiness Reporting System (DRRS).
