The holiday seasons always give me a wonderful,

warm, tingling feeling inside of my body. There is just
something about the cool air that lets me know that its time
to reflect on the year and to get ready to see the people I
love most- family. Theres just so much one can be thankful
for during the holidays: spending time with family, sharing
enjoying amazing meals together, decorating the tree,
sharing memories from past Christmases, and showing love
and compassion to everyone. I couldnt imagine spending
each Christmas any other way.
I love sharing my joy and passion for Christmas with
others. In this months newsletter, you will find ways to
revamp your traditional Christmas and a new recipe that your
family is sure to enjoy this season. We also had the special
pleasure to interview a special couple that is celebrating their

over to me and say that Dennis was interested in me. I did not care for
Dennis when I first saw him. He had huge eyes and was lanky! But
eventually he came up to me and introduced himself and asked if I was
hungry. We went to eat with my friend and weve been together ever since.
Why did you choose to get married on Christmas Eve?
At the time of our engagement, Dennis was only available during the
Christmas time. Our extended family was also busy with work and their kids
being in school would have made it difficult to have the wedding before the
holiday time. So Dennis and I looked into different Saturdays during
December and the only one that worked was Christmas Eve. It wasnt a
deliberate decision to get married at that time, time; it was just the only
time that worked for everyone.

I was very nervous, but very excited as well! But I felt really relaxed too.
Finally we were getting married. This was the person I was going to spend
the rest of my life with my best friend . We had grewgrown so close over
the years and were so in love. I was marrying my true best friend. I was so
in love, happy, elated. We felt like we could conquer the world and no one
could tell us anything.

I love spending it with family. I love having my kids and grandkids over and
us just spending time with everyone. As long as we have each other, and
