PHILOSOSPHY OF EDUCATION

As an educator, I strive to develop a relationship with

students and their parents
I am currently furthering my education at NCCU in order
to better serve the families in the community
I am interested in being a part of the professional learning
community in which we share ideas to improve student
learning
I consider myself to be an instructional person as well as
an integral part of classroom management
I feel that I have experience in child development because I
have worked with the growth of students for a long time. Being
in the field of Education help me understand the different ways
children develop and learn. I can work with parents to figure
out the best way students develop and learn.
I expect to gain more knowledge of how children grow and
learn, and also get a better understanding of how to teach them
in a way they will understand and gain from it.
