Targeted additional data sources, evaluated their value, and managed the utilization of those
sources within data products resulting in substantial cost savings.
Successfully led the implementation of an Event Tracking product which retrieves/parses data
from all bankruptcy court dockets and creates notifications for clients based on which bankruptcy
events they are subscribed to.
Managed a web software product. Redesigned all processes related to billing, SSRS reporting,
user support, and product training. Performed system analysis and managed software
development which resulted in issue resolution and increase of software functionality.
Led company-wide trainings, conducted one-on-one mentorship, and created training materials
and presentations.
Gathered requirements and analyzed software utilized by operations in order to target efficiency
and cost-reduction opportunities.
Evaluated project tracker and issue tracker software then coordinated implementation of the
Gemini Platform software.
Executed technical documentation for the implementation of a Debt Settlement Servicing product
that involves a pre-sale scrub to help debt acquisition companies determine if they should sell or
service portfolio accounts.
Administered multiple projects regarding the acquisition of another company. Identified all
products being used and strategically coordinated a shift to AIS web and data products. Actively
involved in the streamlining of operational processes.

Recent Projects:
1. BUSINESS LINE IMPLEMENTATION (April 2014 May 2014)
Implementation of bankruptcy and deceased data products for new client business line.
Responsibilities included managing the project and software development as well as executing a
project plan and technical documentation using MS Word and Visio.
2. CONVERSION (November 2013 April 2014)
Project manager for the transitioning of account records placed with AIS for servicing. Additional
processes were implemented to handle data being received from multiple data sources and the
exclusion of put-back accounts. Utilized MS Project to track progress and executed technical
documentation for the project using MS Word and Visio.
3. NEW PRICING MODEL FOR WEB PRODUCT (October 2013 December 2014)
Implementation of a new pricing structure for a web software product which resulted in a profit
increase, increased competitive advantage, and simplified the billing process. Responsibilities
included project management, cost analysis, formulating a project plan and technical
documentation, managing software development, and software testing.
