for Learning

Student progress known with/by: Collaborating with a

small group of students to complete a short quiz where they
have to describe what a SMART goal is and give an example
of one to test comprehension of the lesson. This is to make
sure the students understand what they are learning and
allows them to work together and help one another come up
with an example collectively.
Students will write down a SMART goal as discussed in class
for themselves. They will also track themselves. Are they
completing their goal? Is their culture contributing to what
they are in-taking or prohibiting them from essential
nutrients? They should follow up with an explanation.
