Relevance: seen
across magazine
editorial shoots and
blogs, wrapped and
tied styling on
jackets and
outerwear updates
autumn/winter
cocoon looks
Styling: volume and
exaggeration are
important, with tied
effects seen at the
waist or across the
shoulders and bust.
All other detailing is
kept to a minimum
Colour: muted
neutrals, particularly
marl grey shades are
key. Rich darks of
plum, navy and
charcoal are also
important
Fabric: felted and
brushed woollen
outerwear fabrics are
essential to the look
and give wrapped
effects bulk and
body. Finer tailoring
blends are used for a
softer, more draped
effect
