o I believe that young children should be having a clean, safe and supportive environment.
o I believe that the teacher and other staff members should always give 110 percent to ensure the
wellbeing of the children
**Future Growth & Next Steps: Think about your future teaching, list three goals to help you improve
upon your existing knowledge and skills and your teaching.
Identify how you will achieve each of these three goals. Be specific. For instance, will you enroll in a
course? If so, what course? Will you read a book? What book?
o I will pay more attention to the cleanliness of the child like making sure they clean their
hands after sneezing in it. I will do this by keeping sanitizer nearby or quickly tell them to
wash their hands.
o I will focus on what each child needs personally, I will do this by creating an effort in
keeping a list or diary to document certain things that each individual childs needs.
o I will be more child guided when teaching, instead of teacher guided. I will do this by
creating lesson plans that are more based on play based and at childs a basic level in the
classroom.
