Activities (whats the plan for this meeting/rehearsal & what got done):
-Go over the directors concept/vision- was
emailed to everyone via text message.
-the general concept was desperation and need
for rescue.
Check in with the costume designers ideas- looked
over concept map that Stephanie made
Decide which blogging tool we were going to useblog spot (there will be a link to our blogs on the
website)

- We went over the general expectations of everyone such as attendance and cooperation.

-It was decided that nick (mama) NEEDS to wear a fruit hat.
-Also, Sabrina thought of a great boho dress that Nick could wear for the show
- Christian found a shirt he has that would go great with his character
-lastly, Stephanie stated that she thinks that the women should wear head wraps in our scene.
Hair/Make-up:
-We talked about whether some of the actors should put make-up on to signify that they are from the
congo region but we ended up deciding some might take that offensively so we decided against it.

Lighting:
Since jaquez isnt very savvy with light cues, we decided that one of Nicks other roles is to find the
lighting cues and communicate those to jaquez so Jaquez can actually carry them out on the day of
the show.
Sound:
We reaffirmed the fact that jaquez will be in charge of sound alone.
