Student Interview

Reason for Referral: SB was tested for a requirement in a graduate course at Manhattan
College.
Behavioral Observation:
SB willingly allowed testing in her home. SB and the Examiner knew each other prior to the
testing and have formed a relationship over the years. The Examiner and SB met several weeks
prior. The first day the test was administered, SB was very cooperative and compliant
throughout the evaluation. As the testing items became more difficult, SB had a confuse look on
her face. As SB became less familiar with the items on the test, she had a difficult time staying
focused, which lead to the testing to stop and to be completed the following day. The next day,
SB was much more excited to begin testing and had a smile on her face. During mathematics she
became very confused looking and seemed frustrated.
