CONTEMPORARY MODERNIZATION

This essay is presentation of views to creative economy and visual communication in
context of urgent tasks of modernization. It is underlined that creative economy is imperative of
social transformations and sustainable development. Author shows the various approaches to
study of the subject. The key point of this contribution is explanation of creative economy as
specific visual culture and its material and stylistic manifestations. The theme of essence and
particularities of modernization in Russia is also important issue of this essay.

In the new millennium, more people than ever are engaged in transformation of creative
situations and creative activity directly associated with economic activity. Creativity is an
integral part of everyday life, including economic decision-making and planning self-developing
in the economic environment. Manifestation of the creative abilities of the personal in the
economic sphere can be regarded as an entrepreneurial type of behavior - innovation, aimed at
the leadership and creativity. The need for creative, transformative nature of human behavior in
today's economic environment, supported by Governmental course on innovation, economic
modernization, as well as conducted in the country actively supporting small and medium
enterprises and promotion of entrepreneurial efficiency of the population. In this regard, studies
of new economic relations and requires that they demand of their subjects, are particularly
relevant.

Investments in rare cars, gaining popularity change the world of investment. Now,
investments in retro cars by its yield are in the same row with the traditional forms of
investments, which have exerted their influence for a long time, such as, for example,
investments in securities, investments in precious metals. Today, the investments in rare cars can
be even safer and profitable than investments in any other assets, including shares, works of art
and even gold. The demand for retro cars in recent grew so that, for them, had established a
special indices that track the price fluctuations on the market. The index of blue chips,
including the most popular among collectors model is increased by 61% over the past four years.
It is worth noting, that during this time the S&P 500 fell by 16%.

The article aims to identify main problems of education and university training according
to needs of business and the modern economic level in the Republic of Belarus on the basis of
world experience. Lack of practical orientation of training program in Colleges is the main
problem of education of professionals in the Republic of Belarus. The article is devoted to
analysis of measures to address the problem held in the State Institute of Management and Social
Technologies in Belarusian State University. The paper deals with the basic tasks of the State
Institute of Management and Social Technologies in Belarusian State University in the field of
management training in priority areas of market economy. Also the article considers the Institute
activities including an international cooperation to forge the partnerships between scientific,
educational establishments and enterprises of all forms of ownership in the Republic of Belarus.

This article is based on the works of the classics of Marxism, on works of their comrade-in-arms
and followers from Russian and German social democratic movements at the end XIX-th-the
beginning of the XX-th centuries; on party manifestoes and on the works of the forerunners who
were mainly sharing similar socialist views. The article analyses the inconsistency in approach to
the problem of creating the ideal of the future society organization, of clear definitions of its
principles and features and of methods of implementing theory into practical life.
