John Perez 227 Carrizo de Sunland Park, NM 88063 Dear Mr. Perez: We are very sorry to hear what has happened to your possessions but you should be informed that this advertisement was not an official Apple Inc. advertisement. Apple Inc. in no way have intended for a valuable client as yourself to fall victim of this scheme and certainly, Mr. Perez you are not the only one who has been victim of this scheme for we have received other reports and complaints from other customers. We have reviewed the advertisement and seen its structured to appear as if it were an official Apple advertisement. Unfortunately, being that the ad is unofficial and has not been released by Apple, we are very displeased to inform you that your iPhone cannot replaced. Our website should prove that the information on the ad is false as nowhere on the webpage can the ad be found. Communicating with us through phone or e-mail to verify whether the information was true could have avoided this incident. If in any case you had the iPhone insured there is a possible replacement for it, otherwise not much can be done. We are very sorry. We advise you seek legal help against those responsible of creating the false information so your phone could be replaced in case the device is not insured. We apologize for any problems you may be going through; we hope everything can be resolved in a positive manner. Sincerely,
Angela Ahrendts Angela Ahrendts Senior Vice President Retail
