Repeat & Point Test (Aug.

2006)

Researcher:

Name:

Date of Test:

Test round:

Hospital no:

Date of Birth:

Diagnosis:

Subjects are read a word that they repeat and then point to its picture. Please read the
word before each testing condition. For example: Please repeat the word SKUNK. Please
point to the SKUNK.
For repetition: if the subject initially produces an incorrect phoneme but then self-corrects,
this is considered as an incorrect response. For example, HICC HIPPOPOTAMUS would be
scored as incorrect, but HIPPHIPPOPOTAMUS would be scored as correct. Please note all
attempts and responses.
For pointing: if the subject points as the incorrect location but then self-corrects
immediately, the correct response is taken (if experimenter feels that the incorrect was due
to impulsive responding or not looking at all of the images, please advise the subject to take
their time before deciding). If the subject is incorrect in word picture matching, please note
location number.
After the practice items feedback is given. No feedback is given for any other
items.
