What is active learning mean? It is important method to use active learning in


classroom? Active learning is a process that helps pupils to learn by doing in
activities. For instance, writing, reading, discussions, or others activities that can use
it in the class. However, this process could help pupils to develop their skills, on
thinking, communications, discovering, problems solving that depend analyses,
synthesis, and evaluations. As Bonwell and Eison theory said, active learning help
students thinking about what they are doing through their doing (Bonwell & Eison,
1991).
Differentiation instruction is an effective learning that includes providing
students with several ways that use it to gain students with different ways learning.
Namely, gain the content, preparing, constructing, or adoption feeling of ideas, and
improve the teaching materials for teacher, and evaluation assessment to all student in
class learn in active learning, whatever the students ability and levels in classroom
(Tomlinson, C. ,2001). However that way could help teacher to formulation learning
environments, that dealing with several learning methods, abilities have in classroom.
Moreover, each teacher has their own styles and beliefs about instructional and pupil.
That ways could be in positive ways for pupils and that will help them. Nevertheless,
nearly each teacher contains their own biases to work hard and to avoid possible
damaging of teacher bias, if we want to offer for the students a good education, such
as. Firstly, some students they faced difficult in learning, that have mentally problems,
that need more help and focus with them in class to be understand and learn.
Secondly, Gifted students the types of student they no need more help or focus with
the in class , they have ability to do (Kelly, M. , n.d)

What kind of materials can use it for students to motivate students in


classroom? Do you think use a same techniques in classroom for boys and girls? Have
different materials and techniques teacher can use it for pupils during the classroom to
manage and engage them through the class. But should teacher know which types of
the techniques will help her and students in classroom. Nevertheless, when I was in
year 2 semesters 2, I did my teaching practice in Hera primary schools for girls, and I
used different methods in my lesson to manage pupils. So in the first lesson was in
Wednesday 20 of November, 2013, for grade 2 I taught them an ICT lesson. I used
several of techniques in my class for pupils. One of them name labels (cards), I used
this to know the pupils name, and to avoid inconvenience that could happen when
pupils want participate with teacher. Thus could raise this label and the teacher will
see the name and the students without any mess happen that dispersion the others in
class. According to Kyriacou said, use good rules to avoid noise in the class
(Kyriacou, 2001). Furthermore, last semester I did my teaching practice in EbnDhaher primary school for boys (MAG school). As we know boys they need more
work and use different and strong strategies to manage and motivate them more than
the girls. However, in Tuesday 22 of April 2014, I taught grade 3, an ICT lesson. So,
to motivate and encourage boys through my class, first at the beginning of the class I
remind them the rules and about the reward that I gave them for the pupil who get
more stars during the class, the reward was label I am super hero for the class today.
Thus, all the pupils start to follow the rules and participate with teacher, to collect
more stars and get the card. Also I used a bell to get students attention, if the make
noisy, or didnt focus in the lesson. Dreikurs theory said, that have many methods use
to getting attention of the students. also that his goals is depend to the conditions , to
act to drew the attention in a moment , and confirm his authority in class.(Dreikurs,

1968). In addition, this year I take my teaching practice in Quba property school for
girls. Thus, her girls is adult, so also they need a strategies and techniques you can use
it for them in appropriate way. However, I try to teach grade 8 as a first lesson for me
was on Monday 27 of October 2014. So, I used one of the method the can motivate
students through the class is rewarding that contain a papers like a money, for the
students who participate and sharing with teacher can get a one of them, also if they
work as a group for the owner they will get for each students. Then when the amount
have completed with them, they can buy from the ICT market that have it in the class.
As Skinner's theory said, rewarding pupils individuals or groups that motivate them
in class in positive way and that make a challenge between the pupils in class
(Skinner, B. F., 1938). What do you think about my techniques I used for this three
schools?
What they mean about safety? Safety is the most important things that should
be in every place, to maintain the safety of people. So, if any emergency event
happens that could find the safety equipments and they know the guidance how to
deal with it. Therefore, in Quba School, they have banners of safety equipment and
rule how they can use it in emergency event, in each class and around the school
walls. Also, in school provide safety equipment in each side of school such as, fire
extinguisher, and smoke alarms, as what we see in table 1. Moreover, each years some
of competent teachers in the school, they identify with the civil defense in the emirate
an day, to come to school and give a lecture to the students about safety and some
guidance , they have to be adequate and correct information on these matters. Then
may apply the evacuation process in fictitious school as training for these matters. Do
you think the lecture will help students to know what is the safety and the rules of it?
And do you think it is important to make for students evacuation process in fictitious

school to training them? However, pupils from the lecture and the banners that teacher
put it around the school, they know the rules and guidance, and how they will deal
with these matters, also they are follow the rules to be in safety side.
