These are just our first thoughts, and there is no reason why we can't add further specs over the
next few weeks. I understand that there is no meeting with Iptana scheduled for Friday for
roadworks. I suggest we hold an internal meeting (EDM engineers only) at 9am as discussed
earlier with the following two topics:
Go through each spec and identify the outline of what it needs to contain (not the technical
details, mainly the headings)
Design Manual. See if we can generate an index of the drawings we think need to be
included for roadworks and identify which of these we have. In the last couple of engineering
meetings it has been said that there is an index for the structures design manual but not the
roadworks.
