what factors would you have to take it to consideration
and why?

Case Study Example

To produce a documentary about the Montgomery Wreck, information regarding the
background of the Montgomery is needed, which TV channel would help to fund the
documentary and a target audience must be identified.
A small film crew are needed and no actors are necessary, unless a reconstruction of
the ships last moments are to re-enacted.
The resources necessary for a documentary shouldnt be comparative to that of a film
or television programme as the location is within the locality. There are sources of
public and expert knowledge found on the island, which can be utilised for the
purposes of the documentary. Public opinion is also of great importance.
Secondary information is key as the ship sunk in 1943, there will be very few sources
of primary information available in 2014.
Organising a dive to the ship wreck is highly dangerous and illegal as it could interfere
with the unexploded bombs.
Consequently, the costs to film such a documentary should not incur a vast amount of
money.
