services do not include formal staff training or skill-building, which is
necessary to achieve the greatest possible impact. To increase the likelihood
of classroom-level change, we strongly recommend opting into higher levels
of support.

A focused partnership with national designer(s) to develop staff capacity and
increase CM impact in secondary math by:
Building conviction and clarity on the relationship between contentarea instruction and our outcomes of student achievement, personal
growth, access, and socio-political consciousness
Supporting staff members in integrating and executing effective
learning experiences within a programmatic arc tailored for your
regional context (by co-planning for upcoming CM development
opportunities, for example)
Developing TLD staff member(s)' capacity to lead and coach corps
members to outcomes (by examining classroom footage and
considering how to further support CMs, for example)
Providing direct-to-corps member support (virtually/in-person) as a
vehicle for deepening corps member & staff capacity
We do this through:
3-5 site visits (3 in your region; 2 joint-site visits with national
designer and other regional partners leading this work)
Virtual PLC meetings with national designer and other regional
partners opting into this content-area partnership
