This year has been lled with a lot of joy and fun times spent with
family and friends. I wanted to share some of my stories from this

Visiting the Reindeer Farm

Late last month, a trip to a farm where the kids would be able to
see actual reindeer, visit Santa Claus, and get their pictures taken with
Frozen characters seemed almost obligatory. It was the weekend after
Thanksgiving, and since we didnt travel to visit anybody it seemed

Visiting my parents for Christmas

We typically try to stay at least over night when were visiting

my parents for Christmas, but this year this just wasnt possible with
Theresas schedule. So, our trip was more of a mad dash down to see
them, and then a dash back towards home in the evening. It felt as if
we only had a little bit of time to relax, eat dinner, and exchange gifts
before we packed up the car and left.
