    Hearing in the case of OAO Neftyanaya Kompaniya Yukos v. Russia postponed

    The hearing in the case of OAO Neftyanaya Kompaniya Yukos v. Russia (no. 14902/04)
    initially scheduled for 14 January 2010 has been adjourned until 4 March 2010 due to the
    unavailability of both the ad hoc judge, Mr Andrei Bushev, and the Government Agent, Mr
    Georgy Matyushkin.
