Over 20 years, engaged with professional and voluntary organizations of varied scopes ranging from academics,
research, development, humanitarian, social governance, religious and civil society. During this period of service
hold different positions stretching over teaching, research, publications, project development and management,
community mobilization, human and financial management, providing leadership role, development of strategic
management plans, establishment and framing of new civil society and not-for-profit organizations, impact studies,
consultant on conflict resolution and resource mobilization for non-governmental organizations, linkage
development, monitoring and evaluation of various projects, disaster management, environmental conservation,
technical and annual report writing, research paper and books publication etc. Served organizations like Karakoram
