1. Click on the link for the Mentor Newsletter
2. Under the first header, click on Report of Statewide Course Errors
3. To filter the spreadsheet, select column B click the
icon and
select Create Temporary Filter View
4. Next to column B click the drop down arrow, click Clear and then
select the course you mentor.

5. This is view-only access to course errors, to view the errors in an Excel

spreadsheet and save them to your computer, click File and Download As and select
Microsoft Excel then you can filter and sort in Excel.
D. New Mentors: work with an ID on your first few CNRs before sending them out.
