A escova de farelo horizontal

mod. GSO construda
inteiramente em chapa de
ao eletrosoldada.
O rotor, composto por um
eixo sobre o qual so fixados
os suportes porta-batedores
(cinco), montado sobre
rolamentos dupla fila de
rolos .

O manto, de forma
poligonal, flangeado sobre
os dois lados da mquina.
A tremonha de descarga
central recolhe o produto
(farinhas) que sai do manto,
enquanto a tremonha lateral
descarrega o produto
de descarte (farelos).

The Horizontal bran

finisher type GSO is
entirely made from
electro-welded steel
plate.
The rotor is formed by a
shaft with five beaters
and runs on self aligning
roller bearings.
The shell has a polygonal
shape and is flanged

onto the machine sides.

The central hopper
collects product (flour)
passing through the
shell,
whilst the lateral hopper
is for overs (bran).
The stock enters the
machine via a feeding
screw and it is distributed
by a centrifugal disk.

Sobre a estrutura superior
da mquinas so fixadas
as palhetas ajustveis
que, de acordo com a
sua inclinao, regulam a
velocidade de avano do
produto, obtendo-se, assim,
o rendimento desejado.
A escova de farelo provida
de motorizao dotada de
prtico ajuste atravs da
correta tenso das correias
de transmisso.
