Traditionally, the conjunction is the most powerful aspect

The conjunction, square, trine, and opposition are the major aspects.
These have an 8 9 degree orb. An orb is a distance from exact
degree between planets. In other words, a planet can be 8 9
degrees from exact and be within orb (sphere of influence).
The sextile and inconjunct are not as powerful as the major aspects,
but stronger than the major aspects.
The semi-sextile, semi-square, quintile, bi-quintile, and sesi-square
are the minor aspects. These aspects have an orb of 1 - 1 degrees.
The conjunction, semi-sextile, semi-square, square, sesi-square, and
opposition are known as the "hard aspects."
The sextile and trine are known as the "soft aspects."
The above is FYI in order to understand most astrology books.
I disagree with many of these astrology authors.
I have found the nature of the planets has more to do with so-called
"hard" (frictional/unfortunate) aspects, than the aspects themselves.
Saturn is nearly always negative, unfortunate and loss- where we
suffer in life. Trines make no difference here, but most astrology
authors claim otherwise. I speak from over 30 years experience.
The inconjunct, most astrologers claim is a "minor" aspect. I strongly
disagree. It is an aspect of adjustment, especially in predictive
astrology.
Those minor aspects, such as the semi-sextile indicate a fated life.
They are no so minor. The tighter the orb, the more powerful the
aspect for better or worse. In other words, Mars conjunct the Sun,
where Mars is at 5 degrees of Libra and the Sun at 7 degrees of Libra
will be much more influential in the life, than if the Sun were at 13
degrees of Libra. Tight aspects indicate fate, especially if there is a
pattern or them.
I don't recognize "Chiron" as a planet.
