II. Fire and Safety Equipment Inspection (Monthly)
1.
Perform and running test fire water pump
2.
To check the performance and readiness of portable fire extinguisher, such as the location of fire
extinguisher, fire box, availability of dry powder or chemical inside the bottle and the condition of
bottle (Corrosion or not corrosion)

o Monthly Fire Hose Box Inspection at NGF on September 08.11-12, 2011

III Joint Inspection with (As required)

1. Conducted Inspection with other department( HEO & Facilities, Mechanic, QC Crew, Fabrication,
Civil) crew to check the performance of equipment prior to be used firstly by the Company
