3. Analysis
There are noticeable differences between the findings of the interview and the research in
terms of the responsibilities. However there is slight difference in the qualifications. Whereas
Mr. Essam Alhayki provided limited information about these areas. However, the skills were
somewhat the same
Firstly, the responsibilities are mainly the same in all human resources departments around the
world. Therefore, Mr. Essam Alhayki may neglected to mention the other responsibilities
because it is quite long.
Secondly, the qualifications where there is a slight difference because Mr. Essam mentioned his
qualifications only. whereas, the findings provided more information about this area. Also it may
differ from organization to another because some organizations may require a professional
certification in human resources. Other organizations may classify it as desired only and not
necessary. In addition, the experience may also differ in some organization which they could
require from 5-7 or 5-10.

4. Conclusion
In relation to my academic qualification and life experience it would be clear to say that Im not
suitable for this position. In a scale of 1 to 10 I would be rated as 2 or even 1 for the suitability of
the job. Unfortunately, my degree will not qualify me to preform the responsibilities of the
human resources director. Also the gap that I would have to fill is to take human resources
courses or management courses. Actually, It will be very difficult to get a professional
certification in human resources. As well as I have to work in human resources position or in
related filed for 5 to 7 years which may enable me to get a position in the human resources
management team. It is a great position with massive responsibility however it is not suitable
for me because it require a lot of experience and specific qualifications.
