Placement Details
I worked as an assistant chef and provided business support for my family business in
a Chinese take away.
During my voluntary work, my responsibilities and roles included:
Analysing and observing the progress and potential of the business.
Developing various methods on how to create and utilize a business plan to
enhance maximum potential.
Monitoring the business system regularly to ensure maximum efficiency is
achieved such as checking the food supply stock.
Assisting as a chef & applying time management skills to overcome busy
times.
Helping in counter/kitchen & dealing with requests and orders being made by
customers.
OS/Network MS Windows XP
Projects. DIDA Qualification which consists of planning, eportfolio structure,
writing reports, review and evaluations.
Leadership. Student Council Executive in School/Colleges.
Language English (native), Cantonese (spoken/listen), Spanish (moderate),
