Dear Sir,

I'm writting to do a complain to your company. In the past years I got used to
travel with diferent European brands. Now I had decided travelling with
yours althought they are less cheaper.
This complain about the misserable experience is about I had when I entered
to the platform to sat in the seat 29E on one of your airplains. Like everybody
know, this seat is situated direct accross from the toilet room.
One passenger told to me desesperately to write a letter about the situation.
The fight atendant disn't answer my suggeriment to get some new odorant
spray.
All my senses were tortured simultaneous. It's difficult say what the worse
part about sitting in 29E really is? Is the sound of constant flushing? Or is the
pasengers which flight to fit into my personal space?
Put a seat here was very bad idea. This sucks! Worst yet, is I already paid
over $400 for the honor to sit in this seat!

Does your company give refounds? I'd like going back where I came from
and start over. Seat 29E could only be worst if was located inside bathroom.

I felt like to bathe in a toilet bowl, and I eanted to be able of braking down the
door. I think I deserve an apologize

I look forward an inmediate remove of this seat from all of your fights so
doesn't pass more. Just move it, and leave it for luggages maybe, but not
people."
