Annas Hummingbird

Description:
Annas Hummingbirds are a type of bird.They are roughly 4 inches in
length and like to build nests that are slightly bigger than a walnut.The
colors of the adult males are dark black (almost black in when seen in
harsh light).The colors of the adult females are greenish yellow and
grayish white (almost iridescent when the right light shines through them).
Annas hummingbirds eggs are the size of small jelly beans.

Habitat:
You can find Annas Hummingbirds in the West Coast of the United
States.They also tend to favor desert and scrub -covered slopes. Annas
Hummingbirds are also found in urban parks and gardens.

Diet:
Annas Hummingbirds are omnivores.They feed on nectar from flowers
and insects.

Predators:
Annas Hummingbirds predators are snakes and praying mantises. Feral
cats, sharp -shinned hawks,and owls can also be their predators.
