Your Program Sponsor, AWANE, and your Program Administrator, FutureComp, are pleased to
invite you to a Member $1 Million Lunch Meeting on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 11:00
am (registration begins at 10:45) to celebrate the Group's 2014 results and the distribution of
$1 Million in dividends to Members.
This meeting/luncheon will be held at the Westin Hotel in Waltham, MA.
Your AICC Workers Comp Program is stronger than ever and for the fifth year in a row we will
be distributing $1 Million in dividends to Members. Your sponsor, AWANE, invites you to attend

the meeting to personally receive your dividend check on February 10 in advance of the
regularly scheduled dividend mailing in late March to the Group. In addition to the accelerated
distribution, we invite you to stay for lunch to celebrate the Group's success in 2014.
This is no ordinary lunch, so plan to join us for the $1 Million Lunch on February 10th
