Community Gate Codes

(Effective 2/2/2015)

As a reminder to residents, to maximize security the gate codes should never

be distributed and/or advertised outside the community. Should you need a
temporary gate code for an event or have any additional questions please
contact Kelly Management by email at Kelly@kellymanagement.com or call
(661) 322-5936.

Owner Code:

#8541 (This code is active 24/7 and should not be

shared with non-residents)

Vendor Code:

#4156 (This code is active M-F 7am 6pm, Sat

8am-5pm, Sun 10am-5pm and its intended use is
to allow limited access to vendors such as
gardeners, deliveries, etc.)

Outside Gate Call Box

When a visitor calls from the outside gate call box

to gain entry depress and hold the 9 key on your
telephone to open the gates. Note: Make sure you
know the person(s) for whom you are opening the
gate.
