Which free time activity?
Tell the students that they are going to create yes/no questions to try to guess
different free time activities.
Divide the students into pairs and give each pair a Questions Form. Then, have the
pairs come up with the questions they need to ask.
Question Structures:
Is it?

Do you play?

Do you need?

Does it ?

Can you ?

Once the students know the questions, choose your own free time activity as an
example. Get the students to ask you up to ten questions in order to find out your
free time activity.
Now, split the class into groups of four and give each group one set of cut up activity
cards. Each group should shuffle the cards and put them face down in a pile. Each
student takes it in turn to pick up a card and have the other students in the group ask
up to ten yes/no questions to try to find out the free time activity on the card.
Each group plays until all the cards have been used up.
