I would like to recommend Shania Alda as a candidate for your organization. As a student in my
classroom, Shania is determined, focused, and prompt. These characteristics are highly necessary
in order to be a successful member in society.
As a Contemporary English student, Shania exhibits a positive attitude when asked to complete
various assignments. When Shania has been faced with challenges, she has been motivated to ask
for help. During these times, Shania has not given up on the task at hand. She approaches each
issue with a strong determination to get the job done. Shania has also remained focused
throughout each class period. When her peers have been distracting, Shania has chosen to ignore
their comments and continue her work. Each and every day, Shania has been to class on time. On
a regular basis, Shania also completes her work before the required deadline. I know Shania
would be an outstanding asset to any team she chose to apply for.
I have enjoyed the chance to work with Shania at this time. She is a pleasure to have in class,
because of the listed qualities. I know Shania would be an excellent addition to any organization
