5. Installation
The slings shall be handed at the designated position while lifting the equipment. There are
4 hanging points provided (2 points for one side). The reinforced blocks designed for the lifting
purpose shall be used while lifting the agitator to avoid the equipment being damaged.
Note: Do not wind the slings on the tubes or around the motor and keep the equipment as
level as possible while lifting.
Install the equipment horizontally where designated on the circulation tank. Probably, the
impeller is being hanged in the tank and the distance form the bottom the tank to the impeller is
75% of the diameter of the impeller. A shaft supporting stabilizer is needed at the bottom of the
shaft.
Connect the power to the cables of the control box of the agitator.
Note: A fused overloading protection device shall be prepared by the client himself, which
shall conform with the national or local electrical specification as well.
Buttons on/off are marked on the switch of the agitator motor with corresponding
color for the convenience of being identified.
All electrical installation shall be in conformance with national standards.
