Description The barge is to be all welded steel construction. The main hull is to be divided by six (6) transverse WT bulkheads and two (2) longitudinal WT bulkheads. Performance Deck Loading:
15t/m uniform load.

Transverse BHD:
9 mm
Longitudinal BHD:
9 mm
Cathodic Protection:
The hull shall be fitted with 36 pcs of 10Kg cathodic
protection by means of welded type zinc anodes for life span of 30 months.
Deck fittings
Manholes:
Manhole covers of 600x400mm clear opening c/w 3/4dia x
26pcs stainless bolt & nut c/w 5mm thick rubber packing in accordance with drawings to be fitted for access to every void space. Manholes cover in longitudinal bulkhead to be fitted as per class standard.
Draft Marks:
Draft marks are to be in metric P&S forward and aft as per the relevant regulations.
Mooring & Bollards:
Eight (8) pairs of 10 pipe double mooring bollards to be fitted
Vertical Ladders:
Vertical ladders to be fitted in every void space.
Sideboard:
The plating of sideboard is to be 9mm. 6 ft high and reinforce
by bend plate and angle bar.
Painting
The external surface of the bottom & side plating will be blasted to SA2.5 covered with 2 coats, total 200micron coaltar epoxy Hempel paint. Deck and sideboard will be sand blasted and coated with one coat 100micron coaltar epoxy Hempel paint. All the internal surface, tank, plate, material, welding area will not be painted.
